Advanced Mixed Class

The award-winning GCHS Touch of Class Show Choir is in its 42nd year of performance and its 32nd year of competition featuring some of Grove City High Schools finest singer/dancers and instrumentalists. Students involved in Touch of Class are expected to be dedicated musicians and put forth their best effort and attitude in every rehearsal, competition & performance. All members in the group are also part of one or more of the other sixteen music ensembles at Grove City High School. TOC has won numerous overall and caption awards throughout the years including Divisional and Overall Grand Champions, Best Combo, Best Vocals and Best Choreography. They have continued to work hard and strive for their long tradition of excellence even throughout the past year and all the obstacles they have had overcome.

The theme for this season is "The Perfect Storm". We have been searching for something that will change humanity for the better forever. It may take the realization of human self-destruction to bring us to this realization but in the end we become stronger society and will not let strong forces that come upon us destroy the human race. The show is centered around the power of the four Greek elements (water, fire, earth and air) where you will find we heal our universe.
